MBP-M4 Sequoia can not sleep, wake up every few seconds
Just got my brand new MBP M4 running Sequoia 15.3.
My pmset settings as below:

And I just can not make it sleep. It keeps wake up every few seconds.

The battery just drained even the machine is left there doing nothing.
I searched over the internet and found lots of similar issues reported over years, but nothing reported can fix the problem.
Can not believe this problem still exists after so many years ....
Is there anyway can fix the issue?
