No iTunes Extra with Spider-Man The 6-Film Collection

I just bought Spider-Man: The 6-film Collection.

But I can't open the iTunes Extras that are supposed to be included with Spider-man 1, Spider-Man 3 & Spider-man: Homecoming. I also don't see the iTunes Extra logo with these films, even though they were visible before I bought them.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get that iTunes Extra?

itunes extra not working bought some movies that include iTunes Extra and when I try to watch the features, they do not work. is it because of the live broadcast? I have a good internet connection. and I tired logging out and logging back in, but they still don't work. please help. to add, i tried using them with my ipad and desktop.
