Scrolling App Library sometimes gets ‘stuck’ on iPhone 14

Ever since iOS 18.4 was released I’m having an issue with the touch screen responding but only in one place - the App Library.

If I scroll through the folders occasionally it gets ‘stuck’ and the touch screen input to scroll up or down doesn’t work until I swipe off back to the Home Screen.

Does anyone have any advice? Thanks so much.

You may not have performed it right the first time. It is a bit tricky to perform and can take a few tries. You are very welcome and glad it worked!

I just tried and had no issues at all doing it. Please try a Forced Restart as shown below. If this is a software bug, this should fix it. The key is to perform it quickly and ignore the Power Off slider that appears midway.
