How do I stop "Home Accessories" from running in the background on my iPad?

That looks like what I know as Apple's "Home" app; it may have that different name where you are. In addition to what we usually think of as home automation devices, it can also interface with Apple TV devices, some brands of smart TVs, and some other A/V devices. Do you have any of those?

As for how to keep it from running if it sees such devices, I'm not sure. You may have to explicitly tell it to forget them.
