How can I get a refund for my Discord Nitro subscription from the App Store?

I bought discord nitro for $10 and apple took my money and I NEVER received the nitro. now i’m trying to get a refund but for some reason it’s saying i’m not eligible for one without any explanation? this is so unprofessional and an absolute scam I requesting I get my money back or that item I purchased.

Cancel the subscription, and then contact Apple support directly to request a refund.

Other users have reported the same thing with Discord and were able to resolve the problem by contacting them. You can submit a Support Request on the top of either of these pages:
