Why do I get 'tap out' error on YouTube only on my home WiFi with iPad and iPhone?

i get tap error message from you tube only on my home wifi on my iPad and phone. I have to change to a different WiFi to get back on (the WiFi from our modem and then the one on our router). But then that one will give me the same error msg after a little while. We’ve been to hotels and other friend’s home and no tap out error. Why?

Could you explain what a "tap out" error or tap error message is? I use YouTube on my home Wi-Fi from both my iPhone and my iPad and do not remember seeing an error message using either term.

Are you using the YouTube app or are you using YouTube in a browser? If using the app, is it up to date? If in a browser, which browser and what version?

It might also help if you told us what brands and models your modem and your wifi router are. Somebody here may have specific experience with those brands.
