Can I use a larger band on my Apple Watch SE 40mm?

I just got my apple iPhone and the band is too tight. The watch is an apple watch SE 40 . Can I put a larger band on this watch or do I need to replace it with a different watch?

it's confusing if you mean to say that your apple watch band is too tight, because you mix your iphone into it, iphones don't use bands, watchs do
