Unable to request a ride from the Uber app using my iPhone

Uber support says they cannot continue to support their app on my iPhone 15 pro max. That’s the response I got after sending them a screenshot of the app when I request a ride which says “we’ve detected a problem. There was an error in processing your request “ I’ve reinstalled the app after deleting it and restarting my iPhone and still get the same issue

Thanks, I agree the issue is uber and actually not my account because it works if I use my iPad. They said it’s my phone and I’ve requested they give me information why specifically it is my iPhone 15pro plus issue since it was working fine until about 10 days ago. I hope they will answer, thanks again

Your other options are weak or intermittent cellular/WiFi connectivity, issue with payment method, issue with your account and Uber has an unresolved app issue ie a bug(s).


None are really Apple issues. This seems like your Apple services are functioning normally. I’d consider pursuing this with Uber’s support team.
