Why does my iPhone 12's volume randomly decrease when the battery is low?
my volume keeps randomly going down to almost off once the battery gets lower tona certain point.

Your battery is degraded and it needs to replaced NOW. Apple recommends replacing the battery when it dips to 80% or less.
