NOTHING you have posted is proof you've been hacked. If those are Apple Analytics, they are NOT user readable, yet every day someone comes here convinced that Analytics proves something nefarious. As users, we cannot read Apple Analytics. ONLY Apple with very specialized software can read the diagnostics. You've spoken with Apple and they have already told you it's nothing. Posting unreadable code isn't going to support your claim of being hacked.

Are you extremely important on the world stage, like the CEO of a multi-billion dollar company, or a Senator, Congressman, Ambassador to a foreign country? If yes, you could be the target of hacking, but even then, it would cost way more than your home is worth to hack you. If you're not, you haven't been hacked.

These are screenshots of normal log chatter, as Apple Support had mentioned.

No evidence of hacks, no compromises, and just benign log chatter.

Evidence that the Apple Neural Engine got busy certainly, but a busy neural engine neither unusual nor notable. (Apple doesn’t have a great deal of documentation on the internals of machine learning and the neural engine, past CoreML and related, though does have some published research.)
