App Store is not accepting UK address as billing address

Can anyone please tell my why my UK address is not accepting as billing address in the app store. This is a new apple account I created to login to my mac book. Now I want to download app from the app store. But when I try to download something from the app store, apple asking for my billing address. After entering the address, it is showing various error.

I saw a suggestion where people are suggesting to go to my account and add a payment method. But I do not have any bank card / I don't want to add any bank card. How can I login without adding any bank card?
