Texshop starts from the wrong location

I have used TexShop for years. Now my Latex workhorse is not working.

I have the tex editor window open with a file from Box/local/latex/... and the .log file and console want to start from /users/uhligfd/ in the tcsh line.

And nothing happens. Of course

Can one sync the locations of the file one is working on with the start-up text compiling location?

Yesterday I un-istalled my old Mac text package and downloaded the official current version 10 successfully.

It never was a problem before. Is this a Latex or a Box Problem? How can I rectify my blind Latex .log file maker?
