AirPods connected to someone else’s apple account.

just bought new airpod 4s from walmart. i went to pair them to my phone and recieved an alert that the “owner of this item (the AirPods) will be able to see the location of the AirPods” and had an email attached to it that I didn’t recognize. cant figure out how to fix.
