Corrupted backup data affecting iPhone 15 Pro screen display

I initially had iphone 14 which i broke the screen. The screen started freezing i therefore back the data using my computer to icloud.

then i bought a new iphone 15 pro which i restored back up from itunes using my computer. Soon after the iphone started showing same screen problems like on the old phone.

i reset it to factory settings and restore back up again through my new phone settings menu.

but still it has screen issues
