How do I fix screen blinking, desktop color control loss, and keyboard/trackpad issues after macOS 15.4 update on my MacBook Pro?

after update screen is blinking, Unable to change desktop back ground color and track pad and key board stops working. 2022 model on seq15.4 tried safe mode but can't get long hold shift to open safe mode on start up. playing with $$$$$ paper weight please help

Have you shut down and restartd more than once since your "update"...
