Database recommendations for hobby collections

My wife is an M1 iMac user and has a huge costume jewelry collection that she would like to catalog. She is not tech savvy, but I'm okay with getting things set up. It's too big and has too many details for a spreadsheet

I'm looking for an easy-to-use Mac friendly database program that would:

• Allow creation of unique alpha numeric record IDs that could not be accidentily duplicated
• Insertion of multiple photographs
• Creation of custom fields
• Maybe back up to the web.
