Apple continuing to charge for canceled subscriptions
Is it normal or maybe I should ask how often anybody else continues to be charged for apps that have been canceled? They agree to refund your money but you never get it. Is Apple now turning into just another bunch of money hungry crooks who will lie and steal from their own customers to line their own pockets. Looking for some help? There is no phone number or chat feature to contact Apple directly. Does that not seem shady to anyone but me? They have no problem taking your money but yet they won’t speak to you and all the sheep continue to pay them month after month for absolutely nothing. EVERYONE PLEASE CHECK YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS AND APPS THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR. I would be willing to bet that each and every one of you have charges from Apple that you had no idea you were paying for. Hold their feet to the fire and make them pay you back for every penny they stole from you.
