Unable to delete items from my iTunes wish list on both Mac and Windows laptop

Done some research and people have had this issue going back years with no solution provided.

This is in iTunes on both Mac and Windows. Only workaround I've found is removing the wish list items using the iPhone.

Before replying with advice to select delete please check. because there is no delete or remove option.

This is what has been told to other users and gone no where because there is no option.

Thinking the age of the Mac maybe the problem due to no further updating possible. I've since installed iTunes on a brand new Windows laptop with the latest softwares with the same problem. Logged into my account so that's not the problem.
