Request for Refund Re-evaluation
I recently received a rejection for my refund request, and was told that the decision is final. I believe this is an unfair outcome, as I clearly explained my real situation in the request.
I wanted to include a screenshot (but unfortunately the form doesn’t allow attachments) showing that the service was advertised as free for 30 days. Naturally, trusting that message, I clicked on it — not knowing I would be charged.
Please, I kindly ask you to reconsider my request for a refund. This was not an intentional purchase. I would understand your decision if I had used the service for a day or two before asking for a refund, but I submitted the request immediately.
Is there really no way your system tracks this?
Please try to understand my situation — this is not a small amount of money. It's not 10,000 or even 20,000 tenge that I could just let go. This is 50,000 tenge for a service I didn’t even use.
