Can I get a refund with no evidence of a subscription?
Any idea as to how can I get a refund with no evidence of a subscription?
I selected an upgrade link from a free version App Home Screen and 23.99 was taken from my apple account. but the link did not function.
The provider says I should get a refund from Apple and then purchase the upgrade again but from their website. When I look at my apple account there is evidence that I added 25.00 and that has been reduced to 1.01. but there is no record of any purchase or subscription.
any help would be be appreciated.
