iPhone not giving option to share one calendar, no "add person" option

All of my calendars are synching from my iphone across devices except for one. I go to the calendar and (i) and the only options are naming, color, alerts and delete. There is no Add Person or way to sync. In iCal this one is listed as "On my iphone" but it would like to synch it across.
