How do I get a refund from Apple for an unauthorized subscription renewal?

I have requested a refund from Apple twice but both times they refused. I am really desperate. I signed up for a trial of XLS sheets but when the trial period ended, Apple services renewed it on its own. The money was taken from my bank account and transferred to Shopeepay and then the bill was paid. I really beg Apple to refund me because this is a huge amount of money for me. I am just a student so when I lost that money I had a hard time spending it. I hope Apple will reconsider. Thank you.

Charges display per item. Receipts or statements sent by Apple may display multiple items as a single purchase. Purchases generally are taxable and you must take that into consideration.
