the chime for on the hour notification on my Apple Watch SE 2nd generation is not working. I have reviewed and implemented every help support I could find online, but it still is not working. Can anyone suggest trouble shooting actions I can take to resolve this issue.

Any Focus Mode active?
Did the troubleshooting include Force Restart and unpairing the watch?
To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
If this does not work, unpairing the watch would be the next step:
