My Magsafe duo charger is not charging either my watch or my phone

My Magsafe duo charger (the folding one) has stopped charging either my phone or my watch. I have tried multiple sources of power, changed to different cables and both watch and phone will charge off other mag devices.

The lighting port is also clean. This is only used when travelling, so hasnt had a lot of use

Any ideas how to fix?
