Backservice Popup Macbook Pro M4 Max

I used the Migration Assistant transfer all my files from my old mac to my new Macbook Pro m4 Max. Ever since I started up my new mac, I get this pop up that says "“BackService” is an app downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it? This file was downloaded on an unknown date. Apple checked it for malicious software and none was detected. I never had this issue with my old Mac.

I can not get rid of the pop up, cancel does not work. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?
