I just set up my new ultra 2 watch, I have the Outlook mail complication on my screen, it just recently turned grey I noticed. The only color it will take now is the OG blue. I have Goggled it to death and tried all the suggested fixes with no luck. Any suggestions?

Did your troubleshooting also include force restarting both devices or pairing the watch again to your iPhone after erasing it, setting it up as a new device?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
