Thank you for the screenshot.

Ridding of Dirt or Spots from iPhone Screen:

What makes you so certain this is in the iPhone screen?

A. Remove a Screen Cover:

Do you have a cover over your iPhone screen? If so, it may be on that.

B. Use a Microfibre Clothe:

If you feel any debris on your iPhone, then purchase and use a Microfiber cloth to get it off.

"Save your money a good old T-Shirt works just fine… if it doesn’t come off with a little spit on your finger your suck with a damaged screen."

Using a Microfibre Clothe Vs. Shirt:

A microfibre cloth is intended to loosely swipe across the screen and get all debris. Using a shirt, you might jut press down too hard. But, if one must do so, just be certain the shirt is clean an not damp or full of debris.
