Unable to install apps using App Store on iPhone 7
App Store cannot download anything how I can fix it

Can you please give us an example of an app you cannot download? Your iPhone 7 can only support iOS 15.8.3. It could be that the apps you want to download require a higher iOS.
Also, what happens when you try to download an app? If there is an error message, let us know what it is.
