Unable to edit printer settings toolbar on my MacBook Pro M4

I have a MacBook Pro M4 running Sequoia 15.2. I need to add a printer using the Advanced Settings tab in the Printers & Scanners preferences. However, I can't access Advanced Settings because I can't add it to the toolbar. I go to Printer & scanners > Add printer, scanner or fax > right click to get "Customize Toolbar". When I try to drag Advanced Settings down to the toolbar, it doesn't stick. I've tried the same process in Safe Mode and that didn't work either.
