MacBook Air crashes even though it should still have battery power
My MacBook Air (M1, 2020, Sequoia 15.4) shuts down randomly when unplugged. The battery level is irrelevant, sometimes it shuts down as if the battery is empty when it should have 60 or sometimes even 80 per cent. When I then plug the Mac in, it restarts and shows about 10 per cent battery. This problem does not occur when the Mac is connected to the power supply.
This problem is similar to the following problems from Apple Discussions:
- Driver IOUserServer (IOUserBluetoothSeria… - Apple Community
- Macbook Air M1 Random Shut Down - Apple Community
- Computer shut down because of IOUserServer - Apple Community
I already tried the solutions suggested in these discussions. But as these discussions haven't yet made an EtreCheck, I've done it now. Can anyone interpret the report?
Thanks in advance :)
