Does the Apple Watch SE track blood oxygen during sleep?
I know that the SE does not have the ability to check oxygen levels, but is it like my Fitbit Inspire, which does not have a monitor, but does give a blood oxygen level with sleep metrics?
No it cannot dothat without a sensor. It can monitor breaths per minute.
