How can I resolve 'Apple ID already signed in' error during ABM enrollment for company-owned Mac?
Hello. Please note that I am trying to use ABM for our small business and I don't fully understand it. We are implementing this AFTER some of our laptops have been in use. I can add users and see the devices, but when I send an enrollment link to enroll a company-owned Mac, the user gets an error message in Profiles that states the Apple ID is already sign-in to on this device. However, in ABM, there are no devices tied to that user and the device shows as unassigned. Please help...we are a tiny company and do not have IT...I am IT!
