Anybody experienced similar Kernel Panic with MacBook Air?

Hey ya'll,

Recently got a refurb 2020 MacBook Air that came with Catalina OS. Had a few minor goofy issues that were fixed immediately when upgraded to Sequioa OS that same day. Now, I have experienced 3 - 4 overnight restarts when not in use. Report to Apple says Kernel Panic - Attached is EtreCheck report + Report sent to Apple after restart.

Can anybody help me/report something similar with their MB Air? I have 2 games, Zoom, Discord + a couple software apps for school but nothing that isn't verifiably sound in terms of downloads. I don't have anything connected to it besides Power Adapter. Any help would be much appreciated, I really don't want to have to return this but I might have to.

Return it. Immediately. Don't even think about it.

Apple is the only source for refurbished Macs. That one is used. To shop for a refurbished Mac, start here: Refurbished Mac Deals - Apple. Don't buy a used Mac.

That particular KP (Wake transition timed out) almost certainly implicates a defective logic board. It will be prohibitively expensive to fix. People not willing to spend the money disable sleep mode... not an acceptable workaround in my opinion.
