Should I be concerned about scratches on my iPhone camera lens?

my iphone 15 camera lens is getting fade and got many hairline scratches should i worry about this ?

as im getting night flare in every photo is this issue is occurring due to hairline scratches i got on my iPhone 15 ?

i do proper take care of my phone then also i don’t know how it got scratched 🫤
