I am unable to acheive a resolution of 5120x1440 with M4 pro with Samsung ultrawide 49 inch Oled G9. Wehn will Apple fix this issue?

to connect at that high a resolution with ONE cable over HDMI, the cable must be certified, and ULTRA quality. Cables rated only PREMIUM can not attain the required high speeds.
the other approach is to connect with two cables. With two cables, one takes the Left half-display and the other the Right half-display. In that case, the speed requirements for each cable become very modest. The display puts the halves back together with Picture-By-Picture (cousin of Picture-in-Picture).
what cables, adapters, and docks are you using to make the connection?
I used Hdmi and micro hdmi and i also used connector 8k@60Hz
