"OptimizeSpeedDevice will damage your computer"

I have followed John Galt's instructions in his post About those "<app> will damage your computer" messages. I am in the category of people who followed his "Expanded instructions for anybody." and am now at the point in his instructions where I need to post screenshots and ask for the community's help. So, here are my screenshots. Can anyone please help me know what I should do from this point forward? Thank you.

com.readerupdate.plist is a known bad actor and needs to go.

Coredraw seems as though it's attempting to masquerade as Corel Draw and is therefore highly suspicious. I'd get rid of it on that basis alone.

Internet Movil / Unefon is a mobile ISP popular in Latin America and the Caribbean, and is almost certainly ok.
