Why does my iPhone wallpaper blur randomly?
Periodically, the photo I use as my wallpaper blurs for no apparent reason. Then, it might return to normal. I hate this!

Periodically: Means at regular intervals of time. Note the time and action and report so that someone can help
Randomly: Means, in a way that happens, is done, or is chosen by chance rather than according to a plan:
Nothing happens on an iphone randomly. A user or iPhone settings or an App triggers an action.
