Because my iPhone 13 is lowering the performance in iOS 18.4

I have a semi-new iPhone 13. It has no unknown parts, nor does any warning appear in settings. I have already restored it several times (as new), I have iOS updated to the latest version and more than 90 GB of free storage.

The problem I have is that whenever I open a game, the cell phone gives me lag at the beginning, whatever the game is, even light titles like Geometry Dash or Geometry Dash SubZero. Also sometimes, the system crashes a little when I slide fast, although that is removed when restarting.

I already did all of the following:

• Factory reset from iPhone.

• Close all apps in the background.

• Review of battery usage (there are no apps consuming a lot).

• Activate "Reduce movement" in accessibility.

• Latest version of iOS installed.

• I have a lot of free space (more than 90 GB).

• The battery is at 100% health.

• I haven't seen bugs like restarts or problems with the touch screen, except for those lags when starting games or when I swipe very fast.

I don't have access to a computer to do a DFU restore, so for now I can't do that.

Do you think this is a hardware failure or an iOS error? I am interested in knowing if anyone else has gone through the same thing and if this could be solved with a future update.

I have a semi-new iPhone 13.

Please define "semi-new".

The iPhone 13 was discontinued by Apple in September 2024. So, if your iPhone 13 is really "new", it has been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for 6+ months, perhaps much longer. This would not have been good for the battery at all.

So, if your iPhone 13 is not really "new", it is used, perhaps as much as 3+ years or more.

What says that the iPhone was bought new in 2022

Then, you know that your iPhone is used and it is at least 2+ years old. It probably has a new battery though.

The warranty probably expired long ago. What does it say about the Warranty Coverage if you check Settings > General > About on your iPhone 13?

I do not think that it is a hardware failure or an iOS error. I think that the phone is behaving normally. But, you should make an appointment at the Apple Store to get the iPhone checked and tested.

Yes, the device behaves well but I don't understand those failures and I think it's an iOS problem because I enter for example to settings and I touch an adjustment and I want to go back quickly again sometimes the click I gave is not registered, I thought it was a problem on the screen but the screen is perfect it has no scratches or anything besides that it presents lag as I told you, what I missed is that I already reset my iPhone like 3 times
