How can I recover my Apple Account if I don’t remember the old phone number?

Does anyone from 2020 get a number or still have the number and every once in awhile I'll receive an apple verification text for in six digit code because if so my phone number used to end in 75 and I can't remember since I got a whole different provider what I had with apple but since I went to Samsung and now I'm trying to go back to Apple I can't sign in without knowing that phone number so if anyone has a phone number ending in 75 in the US that gets Apple spam let me know what it is so I can see if it's linked to my account or iCloud and unlink it and put my updated number on there finally after being locked out for 4 years
