how to increae reading time for questions asked

I ask a question the answer appears and disappears before I can read the answer. How can i increase the answer time

iPhone 8, iOS 16

Why is answering questions rate limited on these forums? Even with the right answer typed out and ready, it seems I have to sit at the computer and just stare blankly until 5 minutes pass to be allowed to answer a question. By which time someone else has. This isn't really motivating to stay on the forums and be helpful. Can this change?

If you are referring to Siri answers, there is no way to change how long the answer stays up. Please tell
