Select line for voice call for third party apps on iPhone 12 mini

How to select voice line while calling a number from google or any third party app i.e. for a number showing in google we can initiate a call directly but does not show an option to select voice line. Same way, for e.g. I have logged in to Ola/Uber using primary number, but my phone is selected with secondary as default then call initiates directly from secondary and not the registered number
