I've been waiting for the clean up feature, but it's still not available on the eu. do you know when will it be? I've read people saying it's coming in April, but i still have no news on it. anyone knows anything?

The only iPhones that support Apple Intelligence are the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPhone 16-series phones. One of the things they have that other iPhones don't is 8 GB of RAM.
Apple Intelligence will not be coming to the SE, and therefore the Clean Up feature will not be, either.

iPhone SE is not included-- apparently Apple Intelligence requires more brain-power than earlier phones have.
The clean-up tool has been available in the EU since April, I could use them in Germany since then on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Since you mentioned the EU … Apple Intelligence features originally were not available in the European Union. Judging by this March 31, 2025 Apple press release, that seems to have changed.
"In addition, iPhone and iPad users in the EU have access to Apple Intelligence features for the first time"
You would still need a device that supports Apple Intelligence (which the SE doesn't).
