I can’t get subtitles in itunes purchases.

I have done all the setting suggestions but they still don’t work. They work in appletv just not in my iTunes purchases.

can anyone help please 🙂

purchased movie will not play I have purchased movies on Apple TV but they don't appear in my library and when I try to play them it asks me to buy them again, then says "you have purchased this movie already, would you like to download it?" Then after clicking yes, it does nothing and reverts back to original screen.
