The new Apple TV update made my Apple TV+ freeze

The new Apple TV update made my Apple TV+ freeze and now the remote is not working. Why not test it before you push it to the users.

The new Apple Watch update made my watch slow and it takes 2-3 minutes to start it. Every time you update my Iphone you reset my AirPod PROs so Siri does not work and also the functions to enable hear through is also not working. Am I the only one that has all these problems with my Apple product?

Why not test it before you push it to the users.

Apple extensively tests each version of an Operating System long before it's released to the public. There is a beta seed testing program for each product's OS. Apple also releases each beta OS version to the general public as a secondary testing program.


I have updated all of my Apple devices and am not experiencing any of the issues that you report here.

I’ve purchased an Apple TV 4K 64gb when it released in 2022. In 2023, it started acting up. I’ve checked my internet, and it is working great. I also have WiFi boosters on the same floor as my router/modem. I switched to Roku. I want the Apple TV 4K to work so I bought and returned five different Apple TV 4K from 2022. Both the 128 gb and the 64 gb. I have a Samsung smart tv with 4K. Why is every Apple TV not working for me. I have everything Apple and miss the connectivity with the Apple TV. This is crazy. I’ve updated the Apple TV, get a black screen when I click on an app. It will work for a few hours, then buffer and black screen. The Roku Ultra 2024 I’m now using has no issues whatsoever. I want to use the Apple TV. Not sure why some have no issues with the Apple TV 4K and I can’t get one to work at all. I’m so frustrated.

Ok. So if that was the truth. Then why so many updates. Some times every 2-4 weeks.

Every time I need to get my AirPods working again. My Air tags start acting out and now

my watch takes 2-3 minutes to wake up. And my Apple TV is frozen. It was all working before the updates. So according to you all my devices are faulty and not the software. Then why did Apple already send out new updates. Only two weeks after the other. If they were perfect?

Do you maybe work for Apple and that is why you find it all to be so perfect?

If it is not the software. Then what ?

Ok THX 🙏 . But I have tried to talk to Apple so many times. All they tell me is to reset all my settings on all my devices. I think you know how much time that takes to get back to my preferred settings every time. I am just very frustrated that every update, creates new problems. Right now as mentioned it is my watch and my TV. My TV is frozen on this (photo)after update and the remote can’t turn the volume up or down . I was watching tv before the update with no issues. You can also se my watch. Just stuck on the Apple screen. Also after the new update 🧐 That is why I ask in here.
