How do I check if my Apple Account is being shared with others?

Go to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom to see a list of devices that are currently logged into your account.

How do I know if I am sharing any of my Apple ID iCloud or anything with someone else? I feel like a certain family member has went into my phone and somehow connected their stuff to mine so they could keep an eye out on me, so how do I know?

Reset your Apple Account password.
