Macos 15.3.2 has stopped printing double sided on HP color laserjet m255dw

I was away for over 2 weeks and when I returned home, I was no longer able to print double sided. The dialog box just said - OFF. I then tried to print the document from my iPhone. It indicated double sided was on but, in fact, only printed single sided.

HP refused to help me as it is an obsolete printer (3 yrs old).

Has anyone else run into this?
