How do I get a refund for app subscriptions on a non-functional iPhone?

my iphone is not working. apple logo is looping. i cant use it anymore. my problem is my subscription to apps are still deducting my subs payments even if i cant use it anymore. I WANT A REFUND PLEASE

App Refund I purchaed an app via my iphone app store at the end of November the developers of the app confirm the app will not work properly with my phone and therefore I should request a refund back through apple for the purchase of the app. Any ideas how to do this ? It is over 14 days ago so no longer appears in my list of apps to request a refund. Can you suggest any way of getting a refund the purchase was £49.99
