reboot infinity loop MacBook Pro 2019

hi all,

i have a problem, I have a MacBook Pro 2019 (Touch Bar version) it was working all fine, until today, I turned it on, I hear the start-up sound, see the apple logo, and than nothing.. no progress bar, it turns off, and start-up again, and this goes on and on.

what I tried:

  • PRAM/NVRAM reset
  • SMC reset
  • recovery mode (does not work, if just shows the apple logo, and turns off again, so I do not get into recovery screen)
  • Internet recovery (I connect with my WIFI, it downloads (15min) reboot, gets into internet recovery screen, I connect again, it start to download (4-5 min) and it give me the error (1008F)
  • I made a bootable drive from a USB, put MacOS on it, boot up in safe mode, selected the MacOS, and it just reboot and I get the apple logo again.

i am out of options, can someone help me?

and I have no idea hat happen, I worked on my Mac the night before, shut it down, put it away, and first time I open I got this.

I would really appreciate any help.
