How to resolve 'video could not be loaded' error in Apple TV app with USB-C connected preamp on iPad M4 and iPhone 16e?

Hello and happy Easter to all in the community

I'm recording acoustical instruments with Logic Pro on my iPad. Therefore I connect my preamp (Audiofuse Studio) via the usb-c port to the Logic Pro app. In Logic Pro I can select the output and input channels from my preamp and recording works fine.

I use my home studio environment additionally for practicing. Sometimes I play videos from original orchestra video recordings, play my instrument parallelly and send both sounds via the monitoring ports of the preamp to my headphones. Via the gain control of the mics, I get a good loudness mixture between the orchestra sound and the sound of my instrument.

Video recording with the camera app and playing them in the pictures app works well in this environment. But playing videos from the mediathek of the Apple TV app with the preamp connected to the usb-c port of the iPad results in an error message "video could not be loaded". This happens although with the original videos of apple-tv plus.

I can reproduce this behavior although on my iPhone 16e. iOS, iPadOS and the firmware of the preamp are actual.

I think, this is a bug in the apple-tv app. It seems for me, that the app can't manage, when a bunch of input

and output channels is available (via the preamp).

Has anyone similar experiences? Any recommendations?

TIA to all

Michael
