How can I set up iTunes without 6-digit code?

I am setting up a second Iphone (for personal use) it is an SE. when I try and install Itunes it asks for the 6 digit code for my other iphone. My other Iphone uses a password and this is not an option. is there a way past this?

My new iPhone won’t sync with my old iPhone I’m trying to sync my new iPhone 15 with my old iPhone 11. During the process it keeps asking me for my 6 digit passcode but my passcode is only 4 digits and it’s never been 6 digits. Because of this, I’m not able to transfer everything from my iPhone 11 to the new phone. HELP PLEASE!!
